7. Return Policy
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these return guidelines:
- Check parcels in front of the delivery person (inside Dhaka).
- Report issues immediately to our Customer Service Department with photos and details.
- Outside Dhaka: contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must remain intact with original packaging, barcode, and invoice.
- Used, opened, or swatched products are not eligible for return.
- If you ordered the wrong product yourself, returns are not accepted.
- In exceptional cases, transportation costs must be covered by the customer.
Returned products are reviewed by our Quality Control Department within 1–3 business days. If validated, a replacement or refund will be issued promptly.
We do not process partial returns from combined orders.
