তুলসী গুঁড়ো খাওয়ার নিয়ম

১ চা-চামচ তুলসি পাতার গুঁড়ো ১ কাপ পানিতে কিছুক্ষণ ভিজিয়ে রেখে এরপর খেতে হবে। ভালো স্বাদ ও অধিক স্বাস্থ্য উপকারিতা পেতে খাঁটি মধু মিশিয়ে খেতে পারেন। কুসুম গরম পানিতে মিশিয়ে অথবা তুলসী চা বানিয়েও খেতে পারেন। এছাড়া সর্দি-কাশির ক্ষেত্রে তুলসী পাতার গুঁড়োর সাথে আদার রস ও মধু মিশিয়ে খেলে উপকার পাবেন৷
